De certo modo o BRASIL visto com essas cores (que também o são da bandeira nacional), é um termo relativo ao passado, que se prende à raiz colonial e neo colonial e AMAZÓNIA é o termo do futuro que emerge (mesmo que não mude de nome, deve pois consolidar-se nessa nação-continente o imaginário estratégico em reforço dos que estão à "esquerda" dos "tucanos")...
... Assim julgo que a emergência será garantidamente um parto menos difícil!...
A AMAZÓNIA emergente é o que se precisa também deste lado do Atlântico, neste CONGO sujeito a colonialismo, a escravatura e a tanta cobiça contemporânea, um Congo que ainda não se conseguiu livrar das armadilhas neo coloniais, particularmente daquelas que têm resultado na barbárie de sangue que tem caracterizado os últimos decénios!
O que no BRASIL se decidir sobre as duas AMAZÓNIAS pode pelo menos influenciar em novas emergências que a acontecer na costa leste do Atlântico, poderiam resultar na vanguarda do renascimento cultural em África, um renascimento de que a humanidade tanto precisa!

É evidente que as duas Amazónias que irão concertar o Brasil do futuro com mais ou com menos emergência, também existem nas potencialidades do Congo – Golfo da Guiné, com uma enorme dificuldade: enquanto a formação da identidade Americano – Latina no Brasil beneficiou do facto de se ter constituído um sub continente que chega ao coração físico-geográfico da América do Sul, aqui deste lado do Atlântico, são frágeis as identidades nacionais que se adaptam aos sucessivos rescaldos da Conferência de Berlim, particularmente frágeis no coração de África, nos Kivus e nos Grandes Lagos e isto apesar da Bélgica ter sido no Congo, no Ruanda e no Burundi a mesma (média e intermédia) potência colonizadora.

O que é Verde na Amazónia e no Congo, é sobretudo tropical: no conjunto cerca de 20% das florestas globais, sendo 15% para a Amazónia e 5% para o Congo, mas cerca de 90% das florestas de latitude equatorial, ou seja 60% para a floresta Amazónica, 20% para a do Congo e 10% para o resto (especialmente no sul da Ásia). O que é Azul ao longo da costa brasileira, é Azul na costa do Golfo da Guiné, o recipiente físico-geográfico que, há milhões de anos, encaixava a América do Sul, quando os continentes estavam unidos, uma dádiva que nos deixou essa imensa herança de incalculável valor geo estratégica: o petróleo e o pré-sal da Venezuela e do Brasil, como o petróleo “offshore” de todo o Golfo da Guiné.
Com múltiplas formações nacionais de frágeis fronteiras, com identidades nacionais em formação ainda mais frágeis, com estados em permanente colapso feitos pasto de alianças entre elites vulneráveis agenciadas pela lógica capitalista e sobretudo pelo neo liberalismo bárbaro e rapinador dos finais do século XX, princípios do século XXI, a África vê a emergência Americano Latina com um misto de inspiração e esperança que se desenha no horizonte (é oportuno referenciar-se no quadro que é propiciado pelas presentes eleições nesse colosso que é o Brasil).
Em socorro das emergências possíveis nas duas margens do Atlântico Sul, pouco a pouco a China vem-se destacando, não fosse ela mesma outra das cruciais emergências globais.
A China, em comum com o universo Americano – Africano – Latino, teve passado de colónia e tem tido obstáculos neo coloniais, mas agora cada vez mais se impõe aos desafios, não pela força militar, mas pelas interconexões que vão estabelecendo as necessidades amplas de desenvolvimento sincronizadas com os relacionamentos que laboriosamente vai expandindo na América do Sul, precisamente com a Venezuela e o Brasil, tal como em África, com Angola e com a RDC…
A título de exemplo, acordos recentes que foram vinculados antes das eleições na Venezuela e com o Governo de Hugo Chavez, estão no seguimento de acordos elaborados em Angola e na RDC: (3)

No caso do petróleo há contudo uma recomendação única: é necessário reforçar na Venezuela, no Brasil, em Angola e em outros componentes do Golfo da Guiné, o caminho adstrito ao respectivo estado por parte das suas petroleiras, sem com isso se permitir, ao elitismo da sua super estrutura administrativa e de gestão, as aberturas internas e externas que funcionem contra natura, entre elas as alianças com os conglomerados energéticos de natureza Anglo Saxónica, para lá do que até hoje perseguiram e conseguiram.
Na América do Sul há melhores condições que em África no que diz respeito a essas tão decisivas condições conjunturais de meios humanos vocacionados para o empenho e por isso o entrosamento entre as petroleiras estatais desses países do Sul, é essencial para o reforço das estratégias vocacionadas para o futuro estabelecidas a Sul do Atlântico.
