A dívida pública portuguesa aumentou 5,809 mil milhões de euros só nos primeiros dois meses deste ano, atingindo 190,1 mil milhões em fevereiro, contra 184,291 mil milhões em dezembro de 2011 (107,8% do PIB) e os 161,1 mil milhões de 2010 (93,3% do PIB), revelou ontem o Banco de Portugal.
Contas feitas, o Estado está a endividar cada português ao ritmo de 273,06 euros por mês (no total, em fevereiro, cada português devia 17 871 euros) . Os cálculos efetuados pelo JN/Dinheiro Vivo são simples. Basta dividir o aumento de 5,809 mil milhões de euros pelos 10 6636979 habitantes. O resultado obtido, 546,11 euros, referente a dois meses é depois dividido por dois, apurando-se um acréscimo de 273,06 euros por habitante em cada mês.
